Here you will find timely articles, written in a plain, easy to understand format. God’s word is straightforward and easily understood. You do not have to be a scholar, or a career theologian to discover and understand the truth that lies within the pages of the written guide that God preserved for His people.
A sincere heart, along with a desire to learn, to understand and grow, combined with God’s Holy Spirit, are all that is required to understand God’s word. God’s Spirit indwelling within us, brings the understanding, the enlightenment and the ability to process what we have read and glean the clear meaning from it.
It is up to each one of us, individually, to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling (Phillipians 2:12). Yes, God has ordained some to be evangelists, some to be pastors, some to be teachers and some to other positions within the body of Christ, and we do well to pay attention, to listen and to study what we are taught. But, it is our own individual responsibility, to know why we believe, what we believe and to prove all things. Ultimately, we will stand on our own before God and give account.
